Orienteering race 1:00:00 intensity: (45:00 @1) + (15:00 @3)

Rennen abgebrochen:
Stechender Schmerz im linken Fuss sobald er leicht nach innen knickt. Zudem keine Stabilität.
-> Keine Chance in diesem ruppigen Gelände vorwärts zu kommen und konzentriert auf der Karte zu bleiben, wenn man alle 45 sek für 10s laufen muss...
Erste zwei Posten gesucht. Beim dritten Posten habe ich abgebrochen und bin 19-Ziel marschiert

Couldn't push too hard in the stony terrain. A couple of stupid mistakes towards the end of the race.
Disappointed because I expected less time loss.

Running intervals 55:00 intensity: (10:00 @1) + (40:00 @3) + (5:00 @4)

Wanted to do some intervals, but was completely powerless from the very beginning. Ended doing some fartlek and tried to recover as good as possible.
