Cross country relays- one lap of Prinny Park
I haven't had that cold air lung burning feeling for a long time, added with a hangover and I very nearly had to go visit a bush.

O race race 41:00 [3] 5.0 km (8:12 / km)

Vic middle distance champs at Petticoat Gully -
don't think I can blame the morning race, or the hangover! Just lack lustre and bad navigating! Lazy navigating on the 2 long legs. Legs felt good except on the uphills. Tried Ralph's granny glasses for the first time as I couldn't find my protective clear ones.... they were sort of ok , oh dear
