shoes: Hoka Challenger ATR3

Taking Johns running class again, jogged to Stradbroke park from Kew rec where there was frost on the grass... (1.c- these people are much tougher than me!) then supervised and joined in with 5 x 800m, 1 min rest
Then jogged back. Took about an hour to get full function back in my frozen fingers!!! Didn’t do any of the reps hard, just steady

Three sprintO courses set around Polytechnic by Nathan. Good fun! Body was not playing nicely so took it easy. R glutes really need some attention/spikey ball action and Ankle from Sunday still sore but fine to run on
