Taking Johns running class again, jogged to Stradbroke park from Kew rec where there was frost on the grass... (1.c- these people are much tougher than me!) then supervised and joined in with 5 x 800m, 1 min rest
Then jogged back. Took about an hour to get full function back in my frozen fingers!!! Didn’t do any of the reps hard, just steady
