9 AM

running race 11:30 [3] 3.2 km (3:36 / km)

First race with Collingwood Harriers! :)
Cross country relays- one lap of Prinny Park
I haven't had that cold air lung burning feeling for a long time, added with a hangover and I very nearly had to go visit a bush.
2 PM

O race race 41:00 [3] 5.0 km (8:12 / km)

Vic middle distance champs at Petticoat Gully -
don't think I can blame the morning race, or the hangover! Just lack lustre and bad navigating! Lazy navigating on the 2 long legs. Legs felt good except on the uphills. Tried Ralph's granny glasses for the first time as I couldn't find my protective clear ones.... they were sort of ok , oh dear

Thursday Sep 14 #

running 55:00 [3] 10.4 km (5:17 / km)

A nice run around the river, over the pipe bridge and back, felt good

Rest 1 [3]

Big fat nothing today as had a catch up with the stair climbing king and then work!

Tuesday Sep 12 #

running 45:00 [3] 8.2 km (5:29 / km)

Hill sprints up the bike path at the billabong oval, nearly vomited!
Good to do them at 5:30pm as heaps of cyclists to try to catch :) - fun!
Warm down to chandler and back

Monday Sep 11 #

Barre/core 50:00 [3]

12 PM

O training 41:00 [3] 6.0 km (6:50 / km)

A Melb bush o event that MFR organised so long day for us. Ran around course 1 with Carl and Nicola for fun. Hip felt ok
4 PM

sprint training 36:00 [3] 7.0 km (5:09 / km)

3 short courses around a uni area, I think this was my second best ever sprint training!! Big call! But was great fun on a new map with a second level, like the indoor events. Very clever setting from Mikkel.
