running race 1:04:40 [3] 11.0 km (5:53 / km)

First day of 4 peaks, Mystic Hill. Not planning on running the other 3 days though, feeling like a piker.
Ended up 4th, was 1st last year so that's a bit disappointing, really struggled on the uphills but felt good the last 4km on the downhill section :) This years course was much nicer than last years, more running sections, less walking.

Warm down and then a very painful ice bath in the creek, legs feel much better for it though.

a jog so slow it really was a walk, with my friend Susi on the treadmill at work, good chat though :)

swim, maybe about 1km, I lost count of laps..... adductors really not happy but I know now it wasnt drills on monday to blame but the breastroke on monday!!
Sauna with Will and Aston, and a bit of a stretch- need to get the roller out!

Terrain intervals but sprint terrain intervals! really good fun, well done boys!
Cornering and stair running technique - seriously and disappointingly I am just too bloody old and slow!! aaaargh
Milla though.... has potential, nearly outran me on a hill interval :)

HIll intervals with Aston.
The hill from the billabong oval up the bike path. 8 times with 1:45 minutes rest between. They hurt so much but super good value, Aston absolutely flogged himself and ended up scandi flop and rolling ..............
warm up/down around the oval.

quick gym session, 15 mins on the stair climber machine, its such a crap one though - but need to do some stair climbing ........ or the 88 floors are going to kill me!
plus some quad, hammie and glute stuff.

First swim in a long while, hard work but good.
Forgot to count laps but Will said he did 1km so something quite abit less than that for me!!!
Sauna without the usual big fat men crowd was nice

rode to track for drills and back, got rained on :(

drills and run throughs at collingwood track courtesy of Will and Pete, think a little better at them this week than last.

nice easy jog around johns brissy suburb, saw a frill neck lizard and a bush turkey but couldnt find any stairs which is what I was looking for....
