Sprint into Spring at Royal Park, great new map and right in the city!!
Aston went missing, so hungover that he wandered off and laid under a bush where we couldnt see him or find him for a couple of hours!! little shit, getting my own back by offering him beers whilst still hungover!.

ran with Jensen home from chandler, got Warren to drop us there to see if we could beat them home while they dropped off Bruce, we did!
Jensen bloody out sprinted me the last 50m!, he has a great turn of speed :)

Lazy Torso?? is that what its called. time trial around the collingwood aths track with controls at 100m intervals and reversing directions after each punch. 3.7km, weird distance, not sure why.
I didnt push too hard as I had my first game of hockey for the season straight after, and it was also pretty warm.
Then the guys had set up a little maze O, super fun and I am completely shit!, need more practise :)
