The slowest Studley Park Park run I have ever done!!
Rather hungover and super wet track I am blaming.
I couldnt join the others after to do hill reps as had to sit in the car and feel blah

Felt really good running today, well after 5 mins of warm up, maybe I should just buy a new pair of shoes more often!
Just a steady run
Was super warm, over 30.c
Ran out through eaglemont map and then back through Hays paddock

First run in new shoes! Did a tempo run and 10 times chandler steps and felt really good. Beautiful night to be out, was so pumped and loving running with music I had to have a boogie on front deck for a minute to finish :) :) lucky it was dark.

Vic Sprint champs at Monash Uni, new map that we havent used for over 10 yrs.
I guess it was an ok-ish run except for a disaster at the last control- oopsie but I think I turned my brain off coming into the last control..... I lost 39 seconds looking in and around the wrong staircase, bloody idiot.... a few others did the same but not as good an effort at it as me :)
Finished 3rd behind Liis and Alexandra Enlund, Finnish junior staying with us.
Great to have another map to run on.

Long slow run, over to polytech then around the river and over the swing bridge at Studley park and around the park run track, so slow but good to do!
Had to call back past polytech and swap shoes with Warren to do last 5km as my feet were burning from my Hokas ( only good up to 10km!!?) think I need new shoes :)
