O race 40:00 [3] 8.0 km (5:00 / km)

2 sprint races, morning at Monash Uni and afternoon at Caulfield Grammar. 1st race ok except little route choice errors around the out of bounds gardens. Afternoon race a friggin disaster! Worst race in years, (soon to be out done by the Sunday afternoon race!!) slow for the first few, not unusual as I usually start slow, but then I got to 5 and I couldn’t find number 6 on the map!! It was really had to see, then I buggered it anyway. Later on in course I decided to do a 180 out of 15, just to really make the day! Made it fit for about 20 seconds...

An afternoon run, not feeling great for the first 10-15 mins so decided to just do some stairs under the chandler as that’s my go to lazy run that requires no thinking, came good so did a couple of 60sec run throughs on the billabong oval on the way home
