Ran course 1 at local Ballarat event on Chapel Hill map ( creswick forest) Aus long distance map from 2015.
Was initially super keen to have my first run back in the forest since WOC but it was a bit thick and my enthusiasm pretty quickly went Blahhhhh. There were some nice patches and it was nice to just cruise around. Coffee and cake with Aston in Ballan on the way home :)

running 1:00:00 [3] 8.5 km (7:04 / km)

went for a warm up 'walk' chat with Kaz for 10mins then jogged to the billabong oval for some drills to test out my new shoes :) love new shoes yay!!
they are so bloody bright though.
Did running drills, some bench stepups/jumps and ran home via chandler so had 2km tempo to get home (people could see me haha!)
