Feeling good tonight, yay. Favourite type of session. Warmup, bit of fartlek running then about 4km tempo to finish. To the pipe bridge and around the billabong oval and the single track. Felt great, love running to music.

A little squeezed in run before going to watch Nathan run track race- just so I didn’t feel too guilty being a spectator. Legs felt good- stomach didn’t.
Was fun to watch some 1500ms- motivating

steady long run with Kaz along the river and across the pipe bridge.
OMG saw a snake, after years of running on these tracks and never seeing them... I had just finished telling Kaz that I never see them, just our overseas visitors do!! jinxed myself.
Felt ok running, R achilles getting grumpy with 1-2km to go

Run around the river to the bats with Brodie on his easy run, quick enough for me at the moment though- feeling like I am carrying a few extra kgs :(

Consolation run for not doing 2Bays 28km trail race this year.... lovely Kaz dragged me through to 20 after saying we’d do 18, and as my watch had died she tricked me into the last couple of kms, which made my day to have run 20! So happy with that. Felt ok, not bouncy and light, need to get back to Pilates, but not too bad :)
Brodie joined in, was super grateful for his chat that helped get me through, he may not have been so happy with the pace..haha .
