NOL relays - Hill End NSW really nice gully spur gold mining area.
I probably wouldn't have run today (sick) but there were only 3 of us vics that went to the event and we wouldnt have had a legit NOL team.
Aislinn brought us back in the lead, then Linnea our junior import went out and did an amazing job, I went out behind SA, then lost 2-3 mins (foggy brain, bad exit directions out of 1 and not reading that I had to drop, and bad exit out of 2 meant I went the long way around a fence) and got caught by ACT, but I managed to hold off Bun ( Bun!?!?!) and get home for the win for Vics.

Last run with Nath, ran to the trig point lookout and to pipe bridge. Jensen rode along with us. Have got a cold and have that razor blades in throat feeling :( so was just easy. Watch went flat so just guessing

A quick zoom out the door to the chandler and back just before dinner. A little pick me up endorphin hit music run, love these runs, not nearly far enough but felt good anyway.

Got behind in entering runs and then it just got too hard to catch up.
Have had a couple of 5 km time trials since, 18:53 and 18:59, happy-ish with these. Havent been doing any longer runs for a few months, just been lots on.
I think I am nearly back to where I was before my hockey injury, just minus the long runs.
