Still can’t hardly run :( very annoying as I feel ok except for when I try to do more then an easy jog. But at least I got out for a jog around the river, thanks to Brodie for coming over and dragging my ever growing huge unfit arse out the door :) haha

Club Relays at Mt Lofty. No other open women so it was just me! The courses were short so I thought I’d just see how many of the legs I could do as still coughing my head off and feeling not great. Didn’t navigate very well, some direction laziness meant wandering off what should have just been pretty straight lines. But it was nice to be out in fast open gully spur, with a tricky low vis green area for the last few controls. Came through and picked up second leg map but after about 5 mins my chest got really tight and I eased right off and just walked up the hills. Probably only did about 11-12 km in total but that was enough for me at the moment.
