Caught up on missed session - no pain in the ankle when running (had it strapped) but there is still a bit of swelling so I will work on that over the next few days.
Only needed one walk with this run but heart rate monitor wasn't working so went off pace and kept it easy on the grass. Felt a wee bit fitter today.
