Felt great running today, added a bit more trail into the loop and did the technical warm up + lunge matrics. Calf muscles felt like they were getting tight and legs were starting to fatigue towards the end.
Overall, a great run with my heart rate getting lower for the same average pace.

Opted to take today off. Still not 100% but just had a massage and will have some good food tonight and another good sleep and I will be back on track tomorrow.

Starting to feel human again after spending 24hrs at home in bed. Haven't vomited since 4pm yesterday and starting to get some food into me.
Hoping this is strike 3 (hip, ankle, gastro) and I can get on with training.
