Had a good sleep in, relaxed all day and ran in the afternoon. Had a great run and caught up this run from earlier in the week.
Still coughing the house down but feeling a lot better.

Still not 100% so opted for Easy Run + Diagonals I missed earlier in the week. Quite a hard session the Diagonals 5th & 6th rep was getting hard to pick up the speed.

Still not feeling well, didn't do strength today and opted to spend most of the day in bed. Sweated like Niagara Falls whilst running, legs felt amazing but chest was rubbish.
