stretching/yoga warm up/down 40:00 [3]

My first non-run day since Monday! Warm-up to the second workout for today.

TaeBo 25:00 [3]

I listed this as a 3 because either the heat is no longer a factor with this workout or I'm getting conditioned and it's becoming easier as a result. Maybe a little of both!

Run 44:06 [4] 5.0 mi (8:49 / mi)

What a nice TNT tonight. Tom was gracious enough to run with me (I don't like to slow people down) having to loop back twice on the uphill, but after that we managed a nice conversation throughout! Even though he slowed his normal pace, it still forced me to pick up mine! Thank you. Happily Dasha was home and could meet us for dinner at the local Irish pub. Very nice indeed! Thanks again Tom!

Run 50:00 [3] 5.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Did "The Drive" tonight. Just a nice flat run from NW Ave. to the restaurant and back. Nothing special - just needed to be outside after being back to school all day.

Run 1:00:00 [3] 5.5 mi (10:55 / mi)

TNT of one tonight! Did my usual loop at a slug pace. The overall fatigue of yesterday hasn't yet subsided.

Run (intervals) 57:00 [4] 5.5 mi (10:22 / mi)

Did the "normal" loop today with some intervals: a 200m, a 100m, a 300m and a final 100m throughout Ft.Wash SP. Felt good to push it even though I'm a bit tired today (last 2 days - didn't sleep well).

Walk/hike warm up/down (Orienteering G3 - WHITE) 1:32:27 [1] 2.25 km (41:05 / km)

This was Claudia and Cole's intro to O' and they loved it! Claudia was great at spotting all the streamers and flags, Cole enjoyed punching them, literally. Must be either the TaeBo influence of yesterday or my instructions of "punching" at the control! *too funny* Both enjoyed playing in the ruins, jumping off rocks, crossing streams and playing with Michelle Frank while their aunt socialized! Wish I could have run, but was happy to be with them out on a course of their size!
