Not too sure on time or distance as I left my watch at home -.- Plan was to do hills, did 3 x set of stairs, then my achilles started to get a bit sore, so I went to the track and tried running in bare feet, it helped, I ended up doing 5 x 400m, don't have times as i didn't have a watch. Warm down run back home. Wasn't feeling too great today, legs didn't feel strong, and I had drunk too much water beforehand
