Running intervals 40:00 [5] 8.0 km (5:00 / km)

Approx 9 min warm up.Plan was to do 4 x 5 min fast with about 1 min rest. Last one ended up being 6 min. Legs were super tired after. Approx 8 min warm down

Not too sure on time or distance as I left my watch at home -.- Plan was to do hills, did 3 x set of stairs, then my achilles started to get a bit sore, so I went to the track and tried running in bare feet, it helped, I ended up doing 5 x 400m, don't have times as i didn't have a watch. Warm down run back home. Wasn't feeling too great today, legs didn't feel strong, and I had drunk too much water beforehand

Easy run. Was pretty slow, legs didn't feel great and hip wasn't 100 :/ Also didn't have anything to eat beforehand, not doing that again

Jogged to the Latah Trail

Running 37:11 [5] 7.32 km (5:05 / km)

3 x 3 min, 2 min, 1 min with 90 seconds jog between. I sometimes walked part of the 90 seconds recovery as the legs were tired. Also did another 2 minute at the end. Head wind part of the way which was not fun.

Running warm up/down 12:30 [2] 2.0 km (6:15 / km)

Mostly up hill back home from the latah trail. Legs were feeling very tired
