approx 6 min warmup, 4 x 1.1kn hard with 1 min rest in between 5 min 30 cool down. times for 1.1km were around 4 min 25sec.

This was a struggle. Was looking forward to the run, I was aiming for 10/11km, but my body wasn't feeling great, found it really hard to get into a rhythm and felt super slow. Turned back early because I was not feeling great.

Two loops of the arb. Took it easy. A muscle on my outside upper thigh was a little bit painful before the run so I rollered it, but it didn't really help
