Running 30:00 [3] 5.0 km (6:00 / km)

Early morning trail run in the olympics. they're so beautiful. also legs were pretty sore, so took it slow. Didn't actually record distance, it is just an estimate.
Swam at Ruby Beach, was sop nice to be at the beach, was pretty cold and got some weird looks from people but totally worth it!

Friday Aug 25 #

Running 56:00 [3] 4.9 mi (11:26 / mi) +1100m 6:44 / mi

Went to olympic national park, Mt st helens and Mt Rainier for the weekend. ran parts of the trails as i was short on time.
Ran down from Wagonwheel lake (olympic national park) then ran the RIver rapids loop. Coming down from Wagonwheel lake has a 3300ft drop over 2.9 miles, legs felt it a little bit at the time, but felt it a lot more the next few days!
Also, was taking it slow as i didn't want to injure myself.
