Frisbee practice. A muscle in front and near the hip and femur joint felt a bit funky a couple of times but seems all good now :)

Easy run round campus. Legs are a lot better but still a little bit sore.

Legs still sore. Early morning trail run at Mt St Helens. then did another jog in Mt Rainier National park, was so cool! although there were heaps of tourists at Rainier.
Got lots of swimming in over the weekend too :)
