Easy 3 hill run. Round campus, loop through the arb and then up another hill. Super tired today, I'm going to focus on getting enough sleep and eating well.

Yeah, absolutely wrekt after a solid climbing session, was nice to be there outside of working. Had a blast, just need to work on strength. Played add on, bouldered, and then climbed the tower (55ft tall) climbed a 5.9 route to finish off the night. Probably should've done it at the start.

Have had a pretty busy week, with work and meetings. Haven't really done homework since the weekend, so took the day off to get some homework done.
Also, my parents sent me over a care package, nothing like pineapple lumps, whittakers chocolate and cookie time biscuits :)

Some bouldering at work. New routes are being set more often now which is fun.

Foot work, core, suicides, sprints, work on catching and throwing while tired and sprints to finish it off.
One guy nailed himself in the last sprint. We were sprinting across the football field, then he tried to slow down on the concrete, but misjudged it, next thing he's on his but, his legs up until his knees have slid under the fence and into the garden. Looked super painful, but by the end of the warm down he seemed to be okay. Looked super painful :/

Woohooo Felt motivated today! Did intervals after Frisbee practice so was kinda tired but was pretty happy with how it went.
Couple of laps round the track and stretches

3 sets of 400m hard, 100m rest jog/walk, 300m hard, 100m rest jog/walk, 200m hard, 100m rest jog/walk, 100m hard, 200m rest jog/walk.
The sets combined without the rest jog took 12:42 and was 3.5km
