Haven't been feeling too hot lately. Just really lethargic, I've been getting 7-9 hours sleep and still feel really tired and roll over and sleep for another hour then drag myself out of bed to class. I've forgotten to take my iron and B12 recently (okay so maybe like the past month :/) so back into that.
Run round campus. Saw some guy at the base of the hill which gave me motivation to catch him. I maintained my pace for the hill, and overtook him, I then tried to keep a tempo pace for the rest of the run. Was good to be out again.
