My left hip has been sore since camp (annoying because every time i feel like training is finally starting to go alright, i get injured again -.-). I eased off on training for two weeks (although was essentially tramping for most of it), it got better or so I thought, went for a run pain was still there, went for a run a couple of days later and the pain was worse (its not a painful pain, just like a if i push this its going to be bad pain). Decided that I would cross train (bike and swim) and just hope that I can run for lonely mountain. Have been super bogged down with uni since the new year, on the final grind, thank god. Calculated yesterday that I spent 14 hours sitting at my desk, you could say I am very ready to be done.
