Warm-up, intervals, and cool-down.
I tried 1:30 intervals, with 1:30 of rest in between each one (6 times). At the end, I wasn't very tired, so I'm not sure if these intervals were effective.

WIOL Championships.
This was the most challenging course of the WIOL season, and it was a lot of fun! Most of my controls went pretty, well, but I spent about 3 or 4 minutes looking in the wrong place for control 9.
