Orienteering 57:52 [3] **** 3.95 mi (14:39 / mi) +125m 13:20 / mi
19c shoes: DTS2-L BUGrip

I had a great run today! I was very consistent; going right to most of the controls and not making any big mistakes.
Before my run, Mike told me to go a bit slower and try navigating to each control by compass to practice for Texas. I found that a bearing worked for some of the controls, but about half the time it was better to take two or three bearings to attackpoints along the way to avoid cliffs.

Running (Intervals) 37:52 [3] 4.1 mi (9:14 / mi)
shoes: Asics GT-2000

Warm-up, intervals, cool-down.
Today I tried 2:00 intervals with 1:30 rests (6 times). This seemed more effective than yesterday's; by the end of each interval I was out of breath and I had to push myself on the last three.

Running (Intervals) 40:26 [3] 4.3 mi (9:24 / mi)
shoes: Asics GT-2000

Warm-up, intervals, and cool-down.
I tried 1:30 intervals, with 1:30 of rest in between each one (6 times). At the end, I wasn't very tired, so I'm not sure if these intervals were effective.
