Halfway through the run I had to tremendously slow down and even walk due to sharp and incapacitating scar tissue pain. Finished the session walking.
I started lifting legs again and it created the scar tissue pain to
resurface very quickly.
I wanted to go back to lifting legs once a week since I only have one race coming up and in December.
PT had recommended I didn't lift legs at all when I had several races to get ready for.
Will have to go back to PT and see if there is solution for me to keep lifting.
