It was a very tough work out and I made it harder by a funny mistake!
Set the pace at 8:30 intead of 8.50.
Definitely was not sure I could make it but pushed through.

Did a full 30mn at 7:40 and it was tough !

I considered stopping and not being able to continue on/sustain the pace.
It was really tougher than I though it would be at this pace.
For some reason I always feel that I am working harder for the same pace on the TM than outside.
