Running hills (Run 4 Hilly Trail Run ) 1:20:00 [3] 6.46 mi (12:23 / mi)

Forgot about daylight saving and ended up running in the dark the entire run.
Good practice though to be in "night" conditions.
Felt great running up the hills. Heartrate stayed low.
Didn't experience any tightness on the trail vs cement/hard surface.

Windy for the last hour 17mph
Struggled past the 1:hr30 mark.
Legs felt heavy and I found myself out of breath when pushing to hit the 8.10 consistently.. Scar tissue started to get tight and cumbersome but not a big worry. Might need to go see Mark one more time to loosen things up the unless I can manage it with rolling.
That said The tightness was also due to the fact that I had to run in my worn out 600+ miles shoes again (new Nike were too small and ordered a size up) and most of the run was on cement vs dirt road.

-Treadmill

-Felt good at the new 6.45 pace. It was hard and I had to push of course :) HR did not reach 182+ which is my VO2 max HR.
Surges were 1:30mn and I could have managed 2mn.

-Surges were on flat but I did add several hills over the course of the 1hr
