Last 2 5minutes "hills" at 8:40 6% were so tough! I was at 184 HR and legs would have failed passed the 5minutes! I was really happy to have been able to push to keep the pace.
Highest HR average to date.
Felt as hard if not harder than hills repeats workouts.
