Used sweeping to run / walk and made up for Run 2.
Challenging course a lot of ups and downs.
Muddy/raining conditions

Still abnormally tired.
Felt defeated
The run was very laborious and I had to walk the steep hills and most hills
on and off
The weather was similar to Quad rock and even with a rainjacket that works
I still could not have gone another few hour without being close to hypothermia again. I need new gears to protect from the rainy cold days on long outings.

Toughest work out to date but I was also etremely tired.
Puked at the end on the treadmill.Had to step off the TM to recover and finish.
Legs had no strengh left.
H rate stayed really high.
