Flat Outside. Cold temp.
1st run after a month off and it was harder than I thought.
Felt out of breath quickly as if it was my first time running.
Wheezing throuhought the entire run. I never experienced that before.
Dry Heaving at the end. I felt really tired for that easy of a run.
