Didn't look at the watch just ran by feel.
Negative split from 7:40 to 7:05 .
Happy to say I gave my best effort. I made the mistake of thinking the last aid station was the finish and so I accelerated which caused me to puke profusely as I was at max effort. Also took a slight wrong right after. I was able to pick myself up and ran the last 1.5 mile to the finish. Finish with a 9:40 pace mile.
