Strong run on the TM despite still very stiff tired legs . It must not be calibrated right because I programmed it at the EZ pace of 8:40 but it was in reality 8:12 . Now I get why I was really pushing pretty hard during the w/out.

Legs still feeling like brick.Laborious breathing.
Felt that I was pushing the pace. Pace was slow for the percieved effort.
Even got side pain from effort which rarely happens.
Did manage negative split with a last mile at 7:54
