Ended up only a few feet away from a mtn lion cub at the start of the trail head who was in the bushes. Really took a lot of energy out of me. Wwnt to another trailhead and had a fairly sluggish run. Legs were heavy. Got better towards the end. I was happy with shuffling up all the hills.
