Worst run this year.
Felt exhausted even though I was excited to run.
My body was quitting after 1 hr . Achy and heavy legs that wouldn't move.High HR.
I did have a pretty intense Weight vest work out on Thurdsay so maybe I had not recovered from that? I ran with the vest on and off at 15%.
