Did 5 hour run on ice age trail. A little stuffed up. Felt really good and could have kept going at the end. Power walked some of the ups. Course was really muddy and was wearing road shoes. Weather was fairly warm- 50s. Had 3 bottles of tailwind and 1.5 granola bars.
Felt good post run. Walked for about 40 minutes later in the day.
