Note

got into car accident (nothing serious, I'm fine) and got whip lash so my neck and back are sore...I'm taking a couple of days to recover so that I don't strain anything or make anything worse

4 sets 7 reps dead lift 75lb
4 sets 7 reps back rows 50lb
4 sets 10 reps 35-40lb tricep extensions
3 reps bicep curls 10lb (arms kinda burnt out at this point): rep 1 normal , rep 2 forearm, rep 3 normal to forearm curl rotation
2 sets 7 reps 15lb normal bicep curls
