"Death by Deck of Cards"- fun exercise game I tried out
Draw cards form standard 52 deck, include jokers.
Card suit determines the exercise:
Heart= push ups
Spades= squats w shoulder press
Diamonds= V-ups
Clubs= Burpees
Card value determines the number of reps:
Face cards= 11 reps
Aces= 12 reps
Jokers= 1 min plank
All the rest= number on the card
