orienteering race (British schools) 42:35 [4] *** 5.8 km (7:21 / km) +190m 6:19 / km
spiked:17/19c shoes: icebugs
pretty clean run overall, messed up 2 a bit, got the wrong stream, also messed up 7 got the wrong bush, the rest was all good ,felt like i was moving fast over the terrain my compass work was really good, just took it fairly cautiously which paid of as I got a cheeky 2nd place, bring home a medal for newton rigg!
