learned to roll which was class, we also did a bit of cliff jumping

was supposed to be doing dancing as one of the sports lot wanted to run a session on it but I was like naaa, im not gonna humiliate myself so I persuaded my tutor to let me go for a run. First time going on a run from collage so didn't really knew where I was going so I ran along this road for like 5km the turned round and ran back, felt alright legs a bit heavy.

did some compass exercises with jess breeze then did a none compass course and collected some controls in, my compass work finally seems to be improving so thats nice to see.

bit disappointed, could have run further but had no one to pace myself with

got to 10.4 i think, not bad the lines seemed further apart than usual
