view was shit, very cold and claggy, the decent was class, very techy and pissed of some fat welsh peps, nailed some really techy rock gardens so pleased with my skill level

up lift at a bike park in wales, the trails were all really fast and fun and i was jumping really well, doing stuff slightly outta my comfort zone, which is good. got 9 punctures throughout the day, my back tire was dodgy costing me several runs :(, still had a mint day tho

was supposed to be doing dancing as one of the sports lot wanted to run a session on it but I was like naaa, im not gonna humiliate myself so I persuaded my tutor to let me go for a run. First time going on a run from collage so didn't really knew where I was going so I ran along this road for like 5km the turned round and ran back, felt alright legs a bit heavy.
