tried running the first three controls but my knee was having none of it so i ended up jogging and walking round, technically sound with a few little mistakes here and there, knee is really hurting now : /

My knee is giving me grief from yesterday, there are sharp shooting pains in a very small area so im just gonna keep an eye on it, dont want it getting any worse.

Just taking it steady on the knee, was hurting less when I set of than it did this morning but it hurts a bit more now, first night o of the season, the nav was fine probably cause I was going so slow
