was supposed to be going steady with joe and left me :(
was freezing but really lovely on top, was happy with my route but messed up a control at the end costin me 10 points,
my shoes ripped at number three and i stopped to try and fix them didnt really work so feet were in agony for about 14km,

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN GET SOME CHEAP MUDCLAWS IN SIZE 11 BEFORE SATURDAY????????

Talko with charlies owner, we had some different ideas and he changed his mind on route choice after i suggested an alternative several times

went down a river near Ambleside, it was freezing and I got asked to demonstrate this rapid cus Nathan said im a pro lol

Me and angus from yr 2 were racing on this over hang route and I got 11.38s and was beating him for ages until on his last attempt he got 10.65
:( was really fun but hard work, my climbing blisters are back after I lost them over half term, feeling good, feeling strong, knee getting better every day
