We did this challenge thing in groups at collage where you had to lift 10,000kg and travel 10km in as little time as possible, I did the 10km on a bike machine and my 2 teammates did all the lifting.

felt good on the running, nav was hard due to crappy hudd torch so it was a bit messy, got creamed by 13 was in the right place roughly just needed a better torch.
my dad came for the first time in over a year cause his back is on the mend, it was nice to go with him even if i did have to help him out a few times ;)
the new shoes are super super comfy, seemed a bit slidy in the mud however were really grippy on rock and roots compared to my inov8s
