BAOC Championships, red course.
A logical conclusion to a very unproductive training week. I felt tired both mentally and physically.
I had problems reading the map from the very start. And didn't get a connection with it till the very end. Made 5-minute mistake on the first control. The eleventh was a problem too.I happened to be 80 meters below the control. Also fell multiple times. Slipped on a bridge on the way to #4 and strained my shoulder.
