XC-Skiing 52:30 [3] 8.0 km (6:34 / km)
Was able to re-establish the XC loop through our yards. The heavy stuff underneath is a nice base, and the grainy snow on top packed well. Hope it can stay through the 2 day warmup...
Did a little experiment - right leg V1 is strongest / fastest, next is diagonal V, and Left V1 is slowest. Interesting to see how I degrade into diagonal V when tired... Also interesting to me that V1 right was faster than diagonal V even though it "felt" slower. Early loops were at an 8m/k rate, sped up through 7 and sub 6 as the trail became faster.
