shoes: New Balance 479 - V2
Wanted to get out, so I went over to Durand an ran the Mango 1+2 that I kind of like. Time above includes 4 minutes of warmup jog and 4 minutes of warmdown walk.
Forgot how punishing it is...
The pace on mango2 is at best a jog.
And the calf issue that started Thursday (but not documented) raised up so that I was noticeably favoring the leg. Perhaps it would have been better to stop, but I wanted to get it all in and I'm not sure when else I'll get out before the UL in 2 weeks...
After throwing in my splits it seems clear I've taken a step back in conditioning.... I'll have to approach the UL with a slower but wiser pace in mind...
