Orienteering race 1:23:13 [4] *** 7.2 km (11:33 / km) +325m 9:26 / km
spiked:17/20c shoes: Integrator

Red course at Powder Mills Park, enjoyed it. Except of course for #2 that I blew... Hindsight I dropped concentration at just the wrong moment and blew by the control. (though exactly the same error as TR and his wife)

Otherwise felt decisions, running strength and climbing were good. Dropped my path into RG.

Wanted another long one before the meet Sunday - pushed throughout. Nice result - every split faster than Tuesday: 7:56, 7:43, 8:07, 7:27

Wanted to get a faster longer run in before the weekend. Reasonably pleased with it. 8:19, 7:56, 8:12, 7:42.
