Orienteering race 1:18:30 [5] 7.6 km (10:20 / km) spiked:11/11c
Ski Orienteering at Mendon Ponds - first time on skis this year. Very clean, and I think I nipped all potential mis-queues in the bud. Longest was 30m down a parrallel Y trail intersection - both had a pond in between the Y legs and I didn't see the pond on the first one (that I didn't want to take). Most others were one or two strides past where I wanted to turn/look behind the bush to the left/etc.
Skis felt slow, but I posted the best time on Red. Probably facing some sore muscles tomorrow, but it's a good tired.

Wanted to push things a bit more this morning and probably did, but not necc reflected in time - 7:51, 7:46, 8:17, 7:52. Feel a slight tightness in right hamstring for my effort...
