First night of winter league on the walls. 12 x 5.7 (of 18 possible). Ended up tired, dinged my knee, and slightly sore feet from new shoes. But good night and workout.

Out for a run on the Mendon 10k loop - why not...
Pluses - 15 minutes faster than November. seem to have kept up a cadence the whole time.
Things to work: - going to need to build basic running endurance and speed. - going to need to work hills - will help to build body strength to support all of that and helpful to lose 10+ lbs...
